Clearly he hasn't been taking in enough of the Olympic Village

Long story short, Cuban Taekwondo competitor Angel Valodia Matos goes bloodsport on the ref because he charged him a point deduction.

He actually ended the match because the Cuban stayed down injured for more than a minute...so that makes it acceptable.
